Yes runways can be a little extreme, but that's what I love about them! I watch them to see what colors and accessories will be trending. Sometimes you can even determine what silhouettes will be popular. Right now, I have seen simpler silhouettes that remind me of the 60s I think this is because the average American's wallet is suffering. A simpler silhouette means there is less fabric to buy, which means it's cheaper for you! I suggest that you style this simple dress with bold accessories like a statement necklace or a stack of bangles with large earrings.
